Blizzard Hotfixed Afflicted Souls in Mythic+ Dungeons

Blizzard has hotfixed Afflicted, removing the ability for Afflicted Souls to be treated as players.

At 11:09 a.m. PST today, we deployed the following hotfix:Dungeons

In Mythic+ difficulties, Afflicted Souls will no longer be treated as players.
