Blizzard Fixing Health Scaling Bugs for Mythic+ Testing on 11.1 PTR

Blizzard has posted an update for Mythic+ testing on the 11.1 PTR, noting that they are fixing a bug which will increase the health (not damage) of enemies.

We have discovered an issue where the expected health values of creatures in Season 2 Mythic dungeons are not properly reflected in Mythic Keystones.
