Blizzard Details Exact PvP Gear Item Levels in Patch 9.1.5

Blizzard has updated their Patch 9.1.5 PTR development notes with specific item levels for PvP gear. This includes details on the exact item levels for both unrated and rated PvP gear in PvP and non-PvP situations.

PvP gear will be getting additional brackets and unrated PvP gear is getting higher in-PvP item levels. These are the specific item levels for PvP gear in Patch 9.1.5.
