Blizzard Believes That Helm Enchant Will Be Available to All Players Next Reset

Blizzard believes that the helm enchant, Incandescent Essence, will be available to all players next week.

Early on in the season, Blizzard announced that Echoed Ephemera was bugged. Players have reported that they're only at 38 or 39 this week and were concerned.

We revisited this today, and believe that it’s about to work out for everyone.As you know, there was an issue that was fixed on November 27 that resulted in a one-time mailing of missing Echoed Ephemera to players.
