First, Blizzard is looking to create a repeatable quest that continues to reward Redeemed Soul, removing the timegate entirely. Second, they're removing the need for Soulkeeper Upgrades ensuring that the quest Return Lost Souls always awards 20 Redeemed Soul regardless of your current Renown.
