Blessing of Potency and Zeal Delve Buffs
These two new buffs are called Blessing of Potency and Blessing of Zeal.
The interesting note here is the phrasing "until you complete your next one", suggesting this is not a permanent buff. Based on datamining, there are a few strings suggesting these buffs will drop as a consumable.
You are now better, faster, stronger, increasing all stats by 10% in the next Delve.In Delves, until you complete your next one, all of your stats are increased by 10%.

In Delves, until you complete your next one, your harmful spells and abilities have a chance to cause an explosion on impact inflicting moderate Fire damage split between nearby enemies.
