Of particular note, Mythic BoEs will not be tradeable even if players surpass item level requirements that normally allow trading. This is likely to prevent extensive split runs in an attempt to trade BoEs during the Race to World First.

Bind on Equip Items Reverted from BoP – Mythic BoEs Still Drop BoP
Blizzard has completed a fix for BoE items that were previously kicked off the Auction House and mistakenly made BoP, and clarified that Mythic BoEs will continue to drop as BoP for the start of the season.
