This weekly reset on August 16th/17th, players unlock the ability to purchase certain Fated raid items with their first Puzzling Cartel Dinar. These purchasable items are Fated Normal item level versions of trinkets, weapons, and special effect items from the Season 4 Fated Raids that can be upgraded all the way to Mythic ilvl.
