Battle for Undercity Updated With New NPC’s to Enable/Disable in Wrath Classic
Blizzard has pushed a hotfix to Wrath Classic, adding new NPC's outside of Undercity to enable and disable the "Battle for Undercity" bugged quest, which Blizzard did give an explanation for.
