Each week, you can forge a pact with a Severed Threads leader and all reputation will go to them. This choice is Warband-bound for the week.
This will summon World Quests in the zone and giving reputation to the leader you chose.
There's also a Weekly Quest for the Leader with a progress bar that can be filled by doing things in a zone.
