August 25th Hotfixes – Fated Raids Creation Spark Nerfs

Blizzard has updated their hotfix blog with new changes to Shadowlands Season 4. Today's changes nerf the Creation Spark affix, reducing its damage in case of failing the mechanic and reducing the number of soaks required.
