Augmentation Evoker Can No Longer Buff Tanks and Healers in Patch 11.1

The first Patch 11.1 PTR build contains an Augmentation Evoker change that may shake up the Mythic+ meta -- Ebon Might can no longer affect Tanks and healers.

Ever since Augmentation Evoker released, it has been "mandatory" in every high Mythic+ group due to the extra defensive and healing power provided.
