Battle Visage for Dracthyr Evoker
Officially testable on the Patch 12.0.5 PTR, Battle Visage is new toggleable spell for Dracthyr Evokers (similar to Chosen Identity) that keeps your character in its Visage form during combat except when casting spells that require your Draconic form, automatically switching when necessary.
While you won't be able to stay in your chosen visage form 100% of the time, this should allow players to assume it for the majority of combat. You can see a comparison of Dracthyr Evoker casts with and without Battle Visage enabled. With Battle Visage you can cast abilities like Disintegrate and Living Flame in your Visage form, but abilities like Eternity Surge and Fire Breath will shift you into your draconic form.

Battle Visage is a toggled ability, like Chosen Identity. While active, you automatically assume your Visage whenever you are not casting draconic spells such as Fire Breath and Soar.
Full list of abilities that temporarily shift you to Dracthyr: Deep Breath, Dream Flight, Breath of Eons, Fire Breath, Eternity Surge, Dream Breath, Upheaval, Hover, Spatial Paradox, Rescue, Zephyr, Verdant Embrace (without Dream Simulacrum talented), and Soar.
Many abilities that used to force a shift to Dracthyr have adjusted visual treatments for Visage form.
While active, Battle Visage also applies a camera height override to Dracthyr form to prevent the camera from adjusting rapidly when shifting between forms. These camera adjustments are still work-in-progress; there are occasionally minor camera differences between the two forms.
Evokers have been clamoring for similar functionality since the introduction of the class in Dragonflight. We all know that Azerothian fashion is the true endgame, and Evokers have felt excluded with the limited transmog display options in draconic form. While this may not be the perfect solution, hopefully players won't feel forced to rely on display bugs to live their best chosen identity.
