Analysis of the Mythic+ Hakkar Nerf in 9.1 – Energy Paused During Blood Barrier
Just over three months ago, we highlighted a number of issues and bugs on Hakkar as part of a series of articles highlighting the issues players face against certain bosses on tyrannical. Yesterday's 9.1 PTR build changed the Blood Barrier spell cast by this pesky loa to indicate a possible cast removal.
