Blizzard recently assigned class tuning for Patch 9.2.5. However, they didn't announce the exact threat buff for Tanks. From datamining on the PTR, this will give tank buffs gives you threat equal to 6.5 times their damage done (up from 5.5 times) which is an 18% buff.
