During their Season 2 developer stream, Blizzard has showcased new vampiric monster families joining the fray of enemies, adding further chaos to the world of Sanctuary. Controlled by Lord Zir, the season's main story antagonist, these new enemies can most certainly be met in Blood Harvests and other seasonal-related content types.
