Additional Raid and Mythic+ Hotfix Nerfs Now Live – Skitterflies and Raid Trash

More hotfixes have been pushed and more of tomorrow's Mythic+ nerfs are now live (which includes Skitterfly nerfs), in addition to some raid trash nerfs.

 The Sha of Doubt phases out of reality, becoming immune to all forms of damage and forcing all enemies to face their own doubt.
