Reaching 3000 rating in Season 3 is the equivalent of reaching 2400 in Season 2, or completing all +20s in time in both Fortified and Tyrannical. Rating in Season 3 is inflated due to the addition of the two Tazavesh wings to the Mythic+ rotation.
