Unfortunately, there have been no recorded hotfixes for Mythic Rashok or Zskarn yet. Thanks to Dorovon for letting us know about the health nerf.

As the first boss of the raid, this boss was probably slightly harder than Assault, so it appears this boss has been nerfed to compensate.
Mythic Kazzara:
Health reduced by 10%.
Infernal Fusion damage reduced by 10%.
