9.2 PTR Build 42174 Tier Set Tuning – Holy Paladin Nerf, Rogue Tuning, Shadow Priest Nerf

In addition to general class spell tuning, this 9.2 PTR build also contains a good deal of Tier Set changes, including major nerfs to Holy Paladin and Shadow Priest, along with adjustments to Rogue sets. Although not shown here due to not affecting their tooltip spell data, the PTR development notes also highlighted a bug fix for the Survival set and an additional functional change to the Fury Warrior set.
