This bonus comes from combining the effects of three bonuses: WoW's Anniversary and Blessings of the Bronze Dragonflight from the 21st Anniversary celebration and WHEE! from Darkmoon Faire.
Short Window for Reputation
Note that the window to use all three buffs at the same time will be short, lasting only about 10 hours. Darkmoon Faire will arrive in town at midnight on Sunday, allowing you to obtain WHEE!. However, the 21st Anniversary Celebration ends at 10 am, meaning you'll lose WoW's Anniversary at that point.
This is a great opportunity if you're still missing any long rep grinds from The War Within, like Darkfuse Solutions or The K'aresh Trust. It is an excellent opportunity, especially for Darkfuse, as you can hoard Market Research ahead of time and turn it in on Sunday morning with all three bonuses.
