278 Conduit Upgrade Item from Zereth Mortis Mysteriously Removed on 9.2 PTR

On the 9.2 PTR, the 278 Conduit Upgrade item has been mysteriously removed from the Enlightened reputation vendor.

The Vessel of Profound Possibilities was previously a reward on the Enlightened reputation vendor for reaching Exalted and completing an achievement in Raid, PvP or Mythic+. However, this item has seemingly now been removed from the Vendor, and possibly even having its requirements (such as reputation) removed.
