Alchemists Can Become Both Master of Transmutation and Master of Mixology – Season of Discovery

Recently, a Hotfix was released that fixed the Mixology For Fun and Profit quest, allowing Alchemists to receive a ~30% bonus to Potion and Elixir crafting. Now, players are reporting that they are able to complete both this quest and the Master of Transmutation quest in order to receive additional Transmutation bonuses as well!

A player shared that they were able to complete both Mixology For Fun and Profit and Master of Transmutation.

Atal’ai Mojo Potions Stack Size Increased – Quality of Life in Season of Discovery

Blizzard has implemented a small quality-of-life improvement on Atal'ai Mojo Potions, increasing their stack size to two - so you no longer have to leave Sunken Temple mid-run if yours runs out!

The updated tooltips, showing Unique (2).

Atal'ai Potions had previously been Unique, but this posed a rather annoying problem for players - you could only drink them inside the Sunken Temple instance, so drinking one at the NPC that provides one and then getting another isn't possible.

SoD Bloodstained Commendations One-Time Fix – Granting HK’s for Rank

Blizzard has stated that as a one-time courtesy, they will help players who used Bloodstained Commendation in hopes of gaining Rank, but did not obtain the required Honorable Kills to actually rank up.

In order to gain a PvP Rank, players must obtain 15 or more Honorable Kills (HK's) in one week, as well as the appropriate amount of Honor.

Nightmare Resonance Crystal Allows Picking Herbs Without Herbalism – Season of Discovery

Players looking to self-fund their Elixirs and Potions might be interested in the Nightmare Resonance Crystal, a reward from the Emerald Wardens at Exalted. This crystal allows players to pick herbs in Nightmare Incursions without Herbalism - and possibly receive rare gear drops as well!

So far, players have confirmed finding Resonating Nightmare Bloom nodes in the Ashenvale incursion, but it's theorized that the Nightmare Resonance Crystal will function similarly in all incursions.

Season of Discovery Class Tuning Incoming April 16 – Rune Slots Adjusted, Victory Rush Buffed

Blizzard has announced class tuning coming on April 16 for Season of Discovery, including moving many Runes to different slots - like Light's Grace from Helms to Bracers!

Senior Game Producer Josh Greenfield commented on these hotfixes on X, formerly known as Twitter, stating that Blizzard plans to be "a lot more deliberate with changes in this phase to avoid whiplash, where possible". It seems like major buffs and nerfs won't be coming soon!
