Blizzard Clarifies Mount Speed on Reawakened Phase-Hunter Mount
Blizzard just posted a response to a Forum Post, adding clarification for the Reawakened Phase-Hunter Mount and explaining that the mount speed will scale with the player's Riding Skill.
