Labyrinth of Kindo’jan Has No Save Points Mid Run

The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan does not allow you to save your run between sessions, forcing you to restart every run from the beginning.

Many players were under the impression that Labyrinths would save your progress between sessions, similar to a Megadungeon. When Patch 12.1.5 launched, players were surprised that you cannot save your run. If you log off for an extended period of time, you will be automatically kicked out and be forced to start over. If you're going for a full clear to get any of the achievements, such as Whose Labyrinth? or Fabled Let Me Solo Him: Kindo'jan, you need to complete a full run, which can take 30 minutes (or more if you find bugs).

One of the reasons that players were under the belief that you could save was due to the announcement of Labyrinths in the Patch reveal:

Venture through them in a single epic session or tackle them piece by piece over time, progressing at your own pace.

This wording also continued into the official Patch Notes. This statement implies that players can do the opposite of a single epic session, aka multiple sessions. This may not have been what Blizzard meant by this statement, or things might have changed in development, but as of right now, there is no saving your run in Labyrinths. You either do it all in one, or finish your run and start again next time.

The system does allow a period of time where players can be logged out before your run ends automatically. This can be useful if you disconnect briefly or need to relog for any reason. When you log back in after a short time, nothing will have changed. However, if you stay logged out for a longer time, the entire instance will reset when you log back in, and you'll find yourself outside the Labyrinth and have to start from scratch.

All in all, if you're going for a full clear, make sure to give yourself enough time!
