New Paladin-Exclusive Cloak Currently Alliance Only

Aggrend stated in an interview after BlizzCon that class quests from Season of Discovery would return in WoW: Forever, and players have already found some of those quests in the Beta. The Paladin quest chain to acquire the Divine Storm rune was one of those quests, and now rewards players with Cloak of the Divine Storm.

How To Get the Cloak of Divine Storm

The following is the entire quest chain to acquire Cloak of the Divine Storm:

In Northern Darkshore, climb to the top of the Tower of Althalaxx and loot the Strange Orb (/way 56.2 26.5) to receive the Althalaxx Orb. This will begin the quest A Strange Artifact.

Bring the Althalaxx Orb to Delgren the Purifier in Ashenvale (/way 26.2 38.6). You'll receive the next quest in the chain, Advice From Stormwind.

Delgren the Purifier will send you to Stormwind to speak to Katherine the Pure (/way 37.8 31.6). Turn in Advice From Stormwind to her to begin the next quest, A Second Opinion.

Katherine the Pure sends you off to speak with a hidden sect of Warlocks within the city - speak to Ursula Deline in the Mage Quarter (/way 26.2 77.4) to completeA Second Opinion and begin Earning Your Salt.

Head to Redridge Mountains and kill Blackrock Orcs (Blackrock Summoner, Blackrock Champion, and Blackrock Tracker) until you've obtained 14 Summoner's Salt.

Return to Ursula Deline to complete Earning Your Salt, and begin It Must Be Destroyed.

Travel to Ashenvale and enter the Demon Fall Canyon in the southeast. Kill Mannoroc Lasher, Searing Infernal, Felguard, and Legion Hound until you've obtained 12 Mote of Mannoroth.

Walk to (/way 89 77) in Demon Fall Canyon and interact with the Spear of Mannoroth. The Shattered Orb will appear, allowing you to obtain the final quest in the chain, Return to Delgren.
Return to Delgren the Purifier with the provided Orb Fragments to finally obtain your reward!

Unfortunately, Horde Paladins will have to pass on this cloak for the time being. Currently, only Alliance players are able to complete the quest line, and while Blizzard has stated that they don't necessarily feel the need to have 1:1 parity between factions, it's possible that this is something that isn't intentional - especially since Paladin weapons for both factions have been seeing changes throughout the beta.
