Forever Transmog: Items Dropped in Dungeons Unlock Appearance for Whole Group

In the World of Warcraft: Forever Deep Dive at BlizzCon, Josh Greenfield has confirmed that when Rare Items drop in dungeons, everyone in the group will receive the appearance for Transmogrification, so players don't need to worry about losing needed upgrades for another party member who just wants the look.

This will only be the case for Dungeons, though; in Raids, it is as usual, up to the Raid Leader to decide on the loot. Epic items will only grant their appearance to the person they're looted to.
