If not, it's still a fairly simple grind: reaching Rank 3 requires 0 Delver's Journey Delver's Journey and can be earned from the following sources:
Completing Bountiful Delves
Looting a Bountiful Coffer using a Restored Coffer Key
Looting a Primeval Arcane Remnant from Delve Chests and turning in the Weekly Quest,A Gnawing Void of Curiosity
After reaching Renown 3, the Effigy of Dundun toy can be purchased from Telemancer Astrandis in Silvermoon City for 0 Voidlight Marl.

The effect lasts for 30 minutes, and it's shapeshift-friendly as well. The only trade-off is that the toy has a 1-hour cooldown, meaning a player cannot remain transformed indefinitely like the Forgotten Momento and Saptor Salve toys allow, plus an early death will cut the glorious abundance short. While unfortunate, this toy can still create some good laughs on your next raid night or dungeon run!
