Interview Summary
Class Balance for the top Mythic+ achievements has been a recent discussion point for the WoW community, as Blizzard recently revealed in an interview with Psybear that they are considering a spec-based achievement. Andrew De Souza: When pushing for the 1%, players are going to push the meta, but 99% of players were able to get 3,400 Rating with any comp.
They try to make sure that dungeons don't require a specific class.
