How to Train Riding
While the locations of Riding Trainers are the same in Season of Discovery as they are in Classic, one thing that has changed is the price to train. In Season of Discovery, unlocking your Riding Skill only costs , or discounted to if you happen to be Honored with the associated Faction. Below, you can find the locations of every Riding trainer in Azeroth:

Similar to Riding Training, Mounts are also discounted in Season of Discovery, down to just each, or if your character is Honored with the associated Faction. Mount Vendors can be found directly next to their associated Riding Trainers.

Additionally, Unger Statforth located in Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands sells Black Stallion Bridle. While this is functionally the same as any other Mount, this is the only vendor who sells this specific breed, so if you're looking for something a little more unique, it could be worth a trip to the Wetlands.
Mounts Exclusive to Season of Discovery
Finally, there are some Mounts that are exclusive to Season of Discovery and cannot be found in any other version of the game. The Whistle of the Mottled Blood Raptor and Reins of the Golden Sabercat can be earned by participating in the Blood Moon PvP event, and cost 1 Gold Blood Coin each.

Additionally, there is one Mount that can drop from Mekgineer Thermaplugg in the Gnomeregan raid - the Fluorescent Green Mechanostrider.

Please note that, unlike the original Classic mounts, these special mounts do not require a specific Riding Skill, so characters of any Race or Faction should be able to use them.
