Kill for Me, Now!
Bloody Command requires players to kill any creature in the next 20 seconds. Failing to do so will put a massive bleed on you, which will likely kill you if you aren't prepared for it. Mixed with Hunter's Momentum, Bloody Command can make finishing Nightmare Hunts a nightmare, no pun intended!
Luckily, there's a convenient way to deal with this affix, critters! Defeating any critter when the affix becomes active will satisfy Astalor's desire and remove the debuff. If there are no critters around when the affix becomes affix, try looking for lower HP value targets that can be quickly defeated. Twenty seconds may seem like a long time, but with the risk of being ambushed, it's always better to play safe.
Critter Hand Cannon Toy
With critters being a nice way to deal with this affix, look to get your hands on the Critter Hand Cannon toy. This toy spawns critters on a 5-minute cooldown and can be used in a pinch in case you ever need it. This toy is acquired from the Icepine Point questline out in Highmountain, starting with Procuring a Prototype and ending with Wolf Pack Attack.
