Champion Gear from Renown
Midnight comes with 4 new Renown tracks for players to level, one for each zone. At a certain point on each Renown track, the faction will offer you a quest awarding you with a piece of Champion 1/6 gear when completed. If you're interested in getting a slight advantage when heading into Season 1, make sure you're getting your Renown reputations up to hit this benchmark.
Each faction awards the piece of gear at a different Renown rank, and has a different slot.

Some of these quest don't appear to be available in Early Access, but should become available with the full release on March 3rd (March 2nd for NA):

How to Increase Renown in Midnight
Reputation for each Renown is Warband-wide meaning you can only do it once per account. There are quite a few ways to earn reputation:

Lore Objects
Contracts
Normally, players would save up the majority of these things for when the Darkmoon Faire rolls around. However, through datamining, we've found a spell that seems to disable bonus reputation gains for the Midnight factions.
