Corruption of the Aspects
Corruption of the Aspects is an easy mount to collect from Revisited Horrific Visions. It is sold by Torie, the Revisited Horrific Visions quartermaster in Dornogal, for 40,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos. Note that you must complete the achievement We Have the Memories before being able to purchase it.

Horrific Visions returned in Patch 11.1.5, with a new set of cosmetics to unlock. To enter these new visions, you must head to Dornogal, next to the Coreway:

If you're soloing this, you'll need to progress through Visions to unlock its tech tree. If you haven't, you can learn about that process here.
After unlocking the whole tech tree, the only thing left is to farm Corrupted Mementos to purchase your mount, which will take you a few extra Horrific Visions runs, depending on how many Masks you're running. More Masks will award you with more Mementos, but will make the runs more deadly and dangerous. However, with Season 3 gearing, it shouldn't be too bad.
