Raids in Legion Remix
Similar to MoP Remix, raids are available to players very early. Starting at level 20, players can participate in both LFR and Normal raids. In phase 1, only Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor are available, but the other Legion raids will open soon as well.
As soon as you hit max level, you will be able to raid Heroic and Mythic mode for any open raids as well. Heroic raids should be easy enough for any fresh 80s, but Mythic raids might take some gear. We recommend having at least ilvl 600 before attempting Mythic Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor.
Raid Rewards in Legion Remix
Infinite Power
While the experience received from raids while leveling is good, the main benefit of doing raids while leveling is receiving Fragmented Memento of Epoch Challenges. Fragmented Mementos are one of the main ways you receive Infinite Power in Remix. LFR bosses will grant you about 3 per boss, while normal raid bosses grant you 4-8 mementos per boss. Once you collect 100, you can right-click them to receive a large amount of Infinite Power, which scales with your current Infinite Knowledge.
At higher Infinite Knowledge levels (20+), you'll receive over 100k IP from one turn-in.
Gear
Besides empowering your artifact, Raids are also an excellent source of gear. Besides having a chance or dropping gear directly, bosses in raids all drop Mote of a Broken Time. LFR bosses will grant you 1, while normal bosses will grant you 2 per.
Using 10x Mote of a Broken Time will create a piece of gear appropriate to your level. At max level, the item level of this piece of gear will scale based on your current bag item level. This means you can hoard Motes while leveling to use them at max level to
speed up gearing.
Raid Lockouts in Legion Remix
Unlike regular WoW, Legion Remix raids have a daily lockout. This means you can run them once a day to receive loot, experience, and Infinite Power.
