How often does the Brewfest Banquet Event Happen?
The event happens at the Brewfest Grounds outside of Ironforge and Orgrimmar. The event happens every hour at the top of the hour (xx:00) for the duration of the Brewfest World Event.
Unlocking the Brewfest Banquet Event
To unlock the event, you must first complete a quick series of quests. These three quests serve as an introduction to the tasks you can choose to do at the actual world event. These quests are provided by Gritta Brewstone / Gorgrum Kegfist. You will NOT be able to participate in the Banquet World Event until these 3 quests are completed!
Gathering the Grub / Gathering the Grub - Collect Bag of Brewfest Ingredients from Brew Thief scattered around the event grounds and bring them to the wagon of materials.
Brewmaster's Kitchen / Brewmaster's Kitchen - Use collected ingredients to cook Pretzels, Soup and brew some Beer.
Serving with Style / Serving with Style - Serve the cooked goods to Brewfest visitors! Speak with Brewfest Revelers to determine their needs and fulfill their requests.
Once Serving with Style / Serving with Style is completed, you'll gain access to the Brewfest Banquet event.
Participating in the Brewfest Banquet Event
Once the event starts, you can speak with Gritta or Gorgrom and choose the task you want to complete: Gather, Cook, or Serve. You can also talk to either NPC at any point during the event if you want to switch tasks.
As you complete tasks for the Brewfest Banquet, a progression bar on top of your screen will fill up. Completing the following tasks during the Banquet event will give Brew Points:
Bringing ingredients to the cart gives +25 Brew Points.
Cooking a Brewfest meal gives +50 Brew Points.
Correctly serving a Reveler gives +25 Brew Points.
This first phase lasts 6 minutes. At the end of the 6 minutes, the progress bar will stop advancing and the event boss will spawn - Keggor the Fermented. Defeating Keggor finishes the event!
Brewfest Banquet Rewards
Rewards from the Brewfest Banquet Event come from 3 bags obtained at the end of the event, depending on how well the players on your current shard did during it.
2500 Points - Bag of Brewfest Merchandise - Random Brewfest foods and chance at receiving Brewfest Prize Token.
5000 Points - Bag of Brewfest Merchandise - Rewards from the green bag, as well as a chance at receiving pieces of the Basic or Blue Brewer's Transmog set.
7500 points - Bag of Brewfest Merchandise - Rewards from the green and blue bags, as well as a chance at receiving Dark Iron themed weapons.
