To begin your adventure with the Order of the Cloud Serpent, talk to Elder Anli in The Arboretum, The Jade Forest. She will give you the quest Wild Things.
Head to Instructor Tong on the Windward Isle, who will give you the quests Beating the Odds, Empty Nests, and Egg Collection.
Once these three quests are completed, you will receive the quest Choosing the One. This is the stage where you will choose which Cloud Serpent mount you will ultimately receive.
The three eggs will ultimately grow into the following Cloud Serpents:
Blue Serpent Egg becomes Reins of the Azure Cloud Serpent
Green Serpent Egg becomes Reins of the Jade Cloud Serpent
Yellow Serpent Egg becomes Reins of the Golden Cloud Serpent
Once you've chosen your egg, you will receive The Rider's Journey. Head back to The Arboretum to complete this, and the follow-up quest It's A.... At this point, you will be Honored with Order of the Cloud Serpent, and daily quests will be unlocked.
To finish raising your Cloud Serpent and receive the mount, you must reach Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent. This can be done by completing the daily quests repeatedly, or by farming the Onyx Egg scattered around the isle. Once you reach Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent, Elder Anli will offer the quest Riding the Skies, which will reward you with the reins of your chosen Cloud Serpent and teach you Cloud Serpent Riding. You must have completed Flight Training: Full Speed Ahead and Flight Training: In Due Course to receive this quest.
Once you have reached Exalted reputation, you can purchase the other Cloud Serpents from San Redscale in The Arboretum for ( with the guild discount perk).
