Death-Defying Horadric Jewel No Longer Available in Hardcore Diablo 4 Season 9

Diablo 4 Season 9 is set to release soon, and based on PTR feedback, Blizzard has announced additional tuning to many Horadric Jewels!

Of biggest note are buffs to Reverie Horn, which summon-based builds will be taking advantage of, as well as a slight nerf to Idol From Below, which many builds were eyeing as a generically good pick.
