While we don't know the exact cost reductions yet, we'll find out once Patch 2.2.2 goes live on May 27. Obducite seems to be excluded from the cost nerf, but with "substantial reductions" in other costs, this should help alleviate issues players have with exorbitant costs to try and maximize their gear.
