New Dragon Models Found on the Season of Discovery Phase 8 PTR

We have found three new dragon models in the latest build of the Season of Discovery Phase 8 PTR, but what they will be used for is still a mystery.

In addition to these three models, we also found three new NPCs who are listed as "Rare Elite Dragonkin", all named Rahuz. Could they be linked to the Solistrasza boss datamined from the new Scarlet Enclave raid?
