Update: Servers appear to be recovering!
So far, this appears to only, or at least mostly, be affecting North American players, as TW and EU players haven't reported the issue.

North American Server Issues Disconnecting Players Across All Blizzard Games
Blizzard servers appear to be imploding, as North American players are lagging out and disconnecting from not only the Retail, Classic, and Hardcore versions of World of Warcraft, but Overwatch, Diablo, Hearthstone, and Heroes of the Storm too!
