Blizzard has posted a hotfix for Diablo 4 Patch 2.1.3, fixing some issues with Treasure Goblins not granting reputation or loot!

BUG FIXES

Fixed an issue where Goblin kills did not grant reputation if killed by another player.

Fixed an issue where Gelatinous Syrus did not multiply or drop loot when it was killed while frozen.
