In Patch 10.1.5, the Dalaran Hearthstone and Garrison Hearthstone were turned into toys, freeing up precious bag space and making them available to characters new and old - except characters who have never been there before! Attempting to teleport to the Warlords Garrison or Broken Isles without ever having gone through their initial quest chains simply returns an error.
