In a recent interview with GameStar, Diablo 4 Associate Game Director, Joseph Piepiora revealed that Blizzard will be introducing Level Requirement caps for Sacred and Ancestral gear during Season of the Malignant. Going forward, Sacred items will have a maximum level requirement of level 60 and Ancestral items will have a maximum level requirement of level 80.
