Diablo II: Resurrected Patch 2.4.3 Now Live – Whirlwind Improvements

Recently some astute commenters on the Blizzard forums noticed that, with Patch 2.4.3 live, there are some improvements to Whirlwind. In that thread on the forums, PezRadar confirmed that "some things snuck in," and it has now been added to the patch notes.
