Blizzard Addressing Anti-Kite (Fervent Strike) Mechanics in Shadowlands Mythic+ Dungeons

Blizzard has announced that they are addressing certain mobs having anti-kite (aka Fervent Strikes) mechanics in Shadowlands Mythic+ dungeons.

Starting in BFA and into Shadowlands, anti-kite mechanics were added to mobs that will cast on nearby targets when the tank is out of range likely due to the insane kite meta of Legion.
