Blizzard has announced two new gear trading restrictions coming in Patch 9.2 regarding Tier Gear and Legendaries.

In today's updated Patch notes, Blizzard added two new lines about gear trading in Patch 9.2.

Blizzard
The following trading restrictions have been applied:

Legendary equipment no longer contributes to unlocking the highest item level for that item slot for trading.
