During PTR raid testing of the Anduin encounter, we've gotten our first look at the Phase 1 transition. During this transition, some NPC dialogue plays and a very special NPC shows up.

During the Phase 1 Transition, the model of the Lich King shows up as the Remnant of a Fallen King NPC with many many ghouls! During this phase, you can hit the Remnant of a Fallen King and it transfers 150% of the damage back to Anduin.
