Class Tuning Hotfixes on 9.1.5 PTR for October 27th – Death Knight, Hunter and Monk Tuning

Another round of class tuning hotfixes have found its way to the 9.1.5 PTR, which includes a faster cast time on Revive Pet and some PvP tuning.
