Hunter’s Binding Shot Nerfed in Patch 9.1.5 – Root Breaks Once Damage Threshold Reached

In yesterday's PTR update, Blizzard revealed that the Hunter utility ability Binding Shot will be nerfed in Patch 9.1.5, now removing the root effect when the mob takes too much damage.

The Niche of Binding Shot

The Binding Shot ability is innate for Marksmanship Hunters, and a talent for Beast Mastery Hunters. This ability was one of few root effects that didn't break on damage, and was the only AoE root ability that didn't break on damage.
