Blizzard has just announced more Sanctum of Domination hotfixes going live with the next weekly reset on 7/20. While fixing the visual desync on Painsmith should make the fight mechanics easier to deal with, these changes will also make the other two fights harder - forcing players to respect the Obliterate debuff on Guardian of the First Ones, and no longer allow tanks or taunting DPS to avoid dealing with Kel'Thuzad tank adds.
